The Users page lists every identity Wendung has seen in the selected period, both identified users and anonymous sessions. Use it when a funnel number looks off and you want to see the actual people behind it. Pageviews are counted in web analytics and stay out of this page: visitors who only produced pageviews are not listed, and a user’s journey shows their steps only.
The Users page in Wendung

The users table

Each row shows the identity’s ID, the last step they performed, how many unique steps they’ve completed, their country and device type, and when they were first and last seen. All columns are sortable, and the search box finds users by ID. The toolbar has the same filter bar and date range picker as the rest of the app. Filters cover Last step, Country, Device type, Browser, OS, Plan, Source, plus custom user traits and event properties.

The panel shows:
  • User data: the ID (with a copy button), country, and device type
  • Attributes: last step, first seen, last seen, and unique step count
  • Journey: every session, with its date, duration, event count, device, browser, and the page it started on. Each step in the session is listed in order with timestamps and the time elapsed between them.
Click a step in the journey to drill into its details, including the event properties that were attached.
